Kisii county is one of the areas in the region where diseases like Malaria are not fully eradicated. Malaria, diarrhoea, skin diseases and pneumonia are the main diseases affecting Kisii county residents. They are the main causes of morbidity in the county. The data is obtained from the District Health Information Systems(DHIS) and used for this research.Analyzing data from DHIS using R graphics, recommendations and conclusions ensures that sound decisons are made which will assist in improving the health sector.
